Our entry-level Riesling is a classy, lively and elegant culinary companion with fresh acidity and moderate alcohol (12.5–13%). Fermented after a short period of maceration at 20°C and left in steel tanks until mid-February, this Riesling has been delighting connoisseurs and novices alike for years.
The grapes come from our vineyards in Gedersdorf, which grow on loess and gravel and in which Riesling – which places high demands on the site – obviously feels very much at home.
